Terms and Conditions Policy

1. Enrolment in Our Programs, Courses and Career Coaching Services

By enrolling in our training program, courses and/or career coaching services you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, where applicable.

Industry-Bridging Programs (IBPTM)

  1. Eligibility and Enrolment: Enrolment in our Industry-Bridging ProgramsTM is contingent upon meeting eligibility criteria and completing the online enrolment process accurately.
  2. Truthfulness and Accuracy: By registering, you affirm that the information provided during enrolment is true and accurate. Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reject any deliberately false enrolment applications, with an administration fee applicable.
  3. Timely Documentation Submission: You acknowledge the requirement to submit all required documentation within 48 hours of enrolment submission to avoid delays in the enrolment process. Failure to submit within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the application.
  4. Payment Compliance: Outstanding program payments must be finalised by the indicated due date on the tax invoice. Failure to comply may result in enrolment delays or suspension until payment is made.
  5. Personal Information Usage: You consent to the collection, use, and processing of personal information provided during enrolment for organizational administration and payment purposes.
  6. Program Completion Obligation: You commit to completing the entire program within the specified period and understand that extensions beyond the designated timeframes will incur additional fees.
  7. Extension Requests: Extension requests due to extenuating circumstances must be supported by written evidence and facts, and approval will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  8. Professional Conduct: You agree to act professionally and responsibly during internships, interviews, and throughout the program, acknowledging personal accountability for your behaviour.
  9. Attendance Requirement: Attendance is compulsory for all enrolled trainees at scheduled live job skills and career coaching masterclasses until the completion of the program or until the trainee has secured employment. Valid and reasonable excuses for absence must be provided. Failure to attend without a valid reason or without providing a minimum of 72 hours prior written notice to info@clueoclinical.com may result in disciplinary action, penalty fee, and/or temporary suspension from accessing our services.
  10. Reasonable Excuse: Trainees are required to provide a reasonable excuse for any missed masterclasses and career coaching, regardless of their course completion status. Valid reasons may include illness, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances. Failure to provide a valid written justification of absence may result in disciplinary action, including temporary suspension from accessing our services.
  11. Notification of Absence: Trainees are required to notify Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd of any planned absences or inability to attend masterclasses at least 72 hours in advance. Written notification should be provided via email to info@clueoclinical.com.
  12. Appeals Process: Trainees have the right to appeal any disciplinary actions taken as a result of non-compliance with the attendance requirements. The appeals process is outlined in Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd’s Terms and Conditions policies.
  13. Forfeiture of Job Guarantee Commitment: Failure to comply with the masterclass and coaching attendance requirements may result in the forfeiture of our IBPTM‘s job guarantee commitment, if applicable.
  14. Compliance with Instructions: You agree to comply with Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd’s instructions, terms and conditions policies and procedures, including IT processes and communication protocols.
  15. Notification of Changes: You commit to informing Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd of any changes to personal information and to promptly address any requests to check, delete, or correct personal information.
  16. Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in our programs, you accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  17. Enforcement of Terms and Conditions: Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd reserves the right to enforce enrolment terms and conditions. This includes taking appropriate action against trainees who fail to meet their obligations under these terms and conditions.
  18. Program Duration and Access: Trainees are granted access to our products, services, and materials throughout the duration of the program.
  19. Internship Risks: You acknowledge and accept personal risks associated with internships, including domestic travel and patient contact.
  20. Assessment and Certification: To obtain a Completion Certificate, a passing score of ≥ 80% is required on all assessments and exams.
  21. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property: You acknowledge the importance of maintaining confidentiality and respecting intellectual property rights, including refraining from disclosing proprietary information.
  22. Career Coaching: You acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined for Career Coaching Services offered as part of the Industry-Bridging Program.
  23. Account Termination: Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate user accounts or access upon program completion.
  24. Terms and Conditions Variation: These Terms and Conditions may be subject to change without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon publication.

Career Coaching Services as part of the Industry-Bridging Program

program

  1. Scope of Services: The Career Coaching services included as part of the Industry-Bridging Program (IBPTM) encompass:
    • 2 x LinkedIn review
    • Up to 3 rounds of CV and cover letter reviews
    • Up to 2 mock interviews
  2. Additional Services: Trainees have the option to access further career coaching services beyond those included in the IBPTM package. Additional services may include:
    • Additional LinkedIn reviews
    • Extra rounds of CV and cover letter reviews
    • Additional mock interviews
    • Access to these additional services will be subject to an additional cost, which will be communicated to the trainee prior to commencement.
  3. Service Limitations: Trainees are advised that the provision of career coaching services is limited to the specified number of reviews and mock interviews outlined in the IBPTM package. Any further requests for services beyond these limits will be subject to availability and additional charges.
  4. Scheduling and Availability: Trainees are responsible for scheduling their LinkedIn reviews, CV and cover letter reviews, and mock interviews in advance. Availability of coaching sessions is subject to the availability of the coaching team and may vary.
  5. Feedback and Revisions: Trainees will receive feedback and suggestions for improvement following each coaching session. Revisions to CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles will be provided based on this feedback, up to the specified number of rounds included in the package.
  6. Expiration of Services: Career coaching services included in the IBPTM package must be utilised within the designated timeframe of the selected program. Unused coaching sessions or reviews will not be carried forward beyond the program duration.
  7. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Trainees must provide 72 hours advance notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session.
  8. Quality Assurance: Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd and its coaching partners are committed to providing high-quality career coaching services. However, trainees understand that outcomes, such as job placement, are dependent on various factors beyond the scope of coaching services.
  9. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Career Coaching services included as part of the IBP, trainees acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

Independent Career Coaching Services

  1. Service Scope:
    1. Our career coaching services aim to provide professional guidance and support to individuals seeking career advancement, development, or transition.
    2. Coaches will offer personalised advice, feedback, and strategies tailored to the client’s career goals and aspirations.
  2. Duration:
    1. The duration of engagement with a career coach will be specified based on the selected coaching package or service agreement. Coaching may commence upon receipt of the required payment and confirmation of engagement using Career Coaching Registration Form.
    2. Career Transition Package: up to 12 months
    3. Graduate Career Package: up to 12 months
    4. KEASE 10B program: up to 12 months
    5. Career Transition Planning and Success Strategies: up to 6 months
    6. Interview Readiness: up to 12 months
    7. CV/cover letter and LinkedIn Optimisation: up to 6 months
  3. Payment:
    1. Payment terms and options will be outlined in the invoice provided to the client upon confirmation of service selection.
    2. Payment is required in full or per selected payment plans before commencement of coaching services unless otherwise agreed upon.
  4. Confidentiality:
    1. All information shared between the client and the career coach will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
    2. Coaches will not disclose any sensitive or personal information without the client’s explicit consent.
  5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
    1. Clients may request to cancel or reschedule coaching sessions with reasonable notice, as specified in the service agreement.
    2. Any missed sessions without proper notification may result in forfeiture of the session or incur additional charges.
  6. Responsibilities:
    1. Clients are responsible for actively participating in coaching sessions, completing assigned tasks, and implementing recommended strategies.
    2. Coaches will provide guidance and support but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
  7. Feedback and Dispute Resolution:
    1. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on coaching sessions to help improve service quality.
    2. In the event of any disputes or concerns, clients should communicate directly with their coach to seek resolution.
  8. Termination:
    1. Either party reserves the right to terminate the coaching engagement if there is a breach of contract, misconduct, or inability to resolve disputes.
    2. Termination may result in the forfeiture of any remaining sessions or fees paid, as outlined in the service agreement.
  9. Amendments:
    1. These terms and conditions may be subject to amendments or updates at the discretion of the coaching service provider.
    2. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance and given the opportunity to review and accept revised terms.
  10. Acceptance of Terms: By engaging our career coaching services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions

Compliance

  1. Regulatory Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to your participation in Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd’s training programs.
  2. Professional Standards: You agree to adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines applicable to clinical research industry.
  3. Reporting Obligations: You agree to promptly report any violations of laws, regulations, or ethical standards observed during your participation in Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd’s training programs to the appropriate authorities or designated personnel within the organisation.
  4. Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information or proprietary materials disclosed to you during the course of your training program.
  5. Data Protection: You agree to comply with Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd’s data protection policies and procedures, including the secure handling and processing of personal and confidential information.
  6. Conflict of Interest: You agree to disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest that may arise during your participation in Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd’s training programs.
  7. Training Completion: You agree to fulfill all requirements necessary for the successful completion of your training program, including skills and career coaching attendance, coursework, and assessments, in accordance with the established guidelines and timelines.
  8. Continuous Learning: You agree to engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  9. Compliance Review: Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd reserves the right to conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions and any applicable laws or regulations.
  10. Consequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with these compliance terms and conditions may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrolment in Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd’s training programs and legal consequences as per the extent of the violation.

Forfeiture of Job Guarantee

  1. Program Requirements: Trainees enrolled in the Industry-Bridging Program (IBPTM) must strictly adhere to the program requirements for all required course completion, assessments, quizzes and exams, interview preparation, and skills and career coaching masterclass, and mock interview attendance.
  2. Compliance Obligations: Failure to comply with the aforementioned program requirements may result in the forfeiture of the IBPTM‘s job guarantee commitment.
  3. Career Coaching and Interview Preparation: Trainees must actively participate in skills and career coaching masterclass sessions, interview preparation activities, and mock interviews as outlined in the program curriculum.
  4. Masterclass Attendance: Attendance at skills and career coaching masterclasses is mandatory for all enrolled trainees unless a valid reason is provided in accordance with the attendance policy.
  5. Consequences of Non-Compliance: Trainees who fail to comply strictly with the program requirements for career coaching, interview preparation, and masterclass attendance may forfeit the job guarantee commitment provided as part of the IBPTM.
  6. Notification of Forfeiture: In the event of non-compliance, trainees will be notified of the forfeiture of the job guarantee commitment in writing.
  7. Appeals Process: Trainees retain the right to appeal the decision of forfeiture through the designated appeals process outlined in the training organization’s policies and procedures.
  8. Resumption of Guarantee Commitment: Trainees may have the opportunity to regain eligibility for the job guarantee commitment upon demonstrating compliance with program requirements within a specified timeframe determined by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd.
  9. Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in the IBP, trainees acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions regarding the forfeiture of the job guarantee commitment for non-compliance with program requirements.

Appeals Process for Disciplinary Action

  1. Initiation of Appeal: Trainees who wish to appeal disciplinary actions must submit a formal appeal in writing to the designated authority within a specified timeframe, typically within [X] days of receiving notification of the disciplinary action.
  2. Grounds for Appeal: Appeals must be based on valid grounds, such as:
    • Misinterpretation or misapplication of policies or procedures.
    • New evidence or information that was not considered during the initial disciplinary process.
    • Procedural irregularities that may have affected the fairness of the disciplinary process.
  3. Submission of Appeal: The written appeal should include:
    • A clear statement of the grounds for the appeal.
    • Supporting evidence or documentation.
    • Any requested remedies or outcomes sought by the appellant.
  4. Review Process: Upon receipt of the appeal, the designated authority will initiate a thorough review process. This may involve:
    • Examining the grounds for appeal and relevant documentation.
    • Conducting interviews or discussions with relevant parties.
    • Evaluating the fairness and appropriateness of the original disciplinary action.
  5. Decision and Notification: The designated authority will reach a decision based on the findings of the review process. The appellant will be notified of the decision in writing within a reasonable timeframe.
  6. Possible Outcomes: Possible outcomes of the appeal process may include:
    • Upholding the original disciplinary action.
    • Modifying the disciplinary action.
    • Overturning the disciplinary action if deemed unjust or unsupported.
  7. Finality of Decision: The decision reached following the appeals process is final and binding, unless otherwise stipulated in the training organization’s policies and procedures.
  8. Confidentiality and Fair Treatment: Throughout the appeals process, confidentiality and fair treatment of all parties involved will be maintained.
  9. Completion of Process: The appeals process is considered complete once a final decision has been reached and communicated to the appellant.
  10. Documentation and Record-Keeping: All documentation related to the appeal process, including the appeal itself, supporting evidence, and the final decision, will be appropriately documented and maintained for record-keeping purposes.

Industry Foundation Programs

  1. Eligibility and Enrolment: Enrolment into our Industry Foundation Programs is open to individuals aged 18 years and older who provide complete and accurate information through the Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd online enrolment process. Admission is subject to program availability and approval by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd.
  2. Accuracy of Information: By registering, you confirm the accuracy of the information provided in the enrolment form. Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reject any deliberately false enrolment application, with a $275 + GST administration fee applicable.
  3. Documentation Submission: You agree to submit all required documentation to info@clueoclinical.com within 48 hours of enrolment form submission. Failure to comply may result in enrolment delays or cancellation of your place in the Industry Foundation Program.
  4. Payment Compliance: Outstanding program payments must be finalised by the due date indicated on the tax invoice from Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd. Failure to comply may result in enrolment delays or cancellation of your place in the Industry Foundation Program.
  5. Personal Information Usage: By enrolling, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd and its partner organisations for organisational administration, fee payment, and inclusion of your contact information in Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd members’ directory.
  6. Confidentiality Agreement: You acknowledge that the Industry Foundation Program TM is proprietary and copyrighted course material provided by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided as part of the program and refrain from sharing or distributing it without written approval from Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd.
  7. Program Scope: You acknowledge that the Industry Foundation Program does not include Clueo Clinical Career Coaching or Industry Internship or Job Placement components, and Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd does not guarantee industry success as part of this program.
  8. Assessment Process: Trainees will have two chances to take the final assessment for each course or the Industry Foundation Program. If both attempts are failed, a processing fee of AUD $350 will be incurred for two additional attempts.
  9. Completion Certificate Requirements: To obtain the Completion Certificate in the Clueo Clinical Industry Foundation Program, a score of ≥ 80% is required on all assessments and exams. Unlimited chances are provided to take course assessments and quizzes.
  10. Intellectual Property Protection: Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd reserves the right to withhold proprietary information or materials under its intellectual property or copyright from disclosure.
  11. Account Termination: Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate user accounts or access upon completion of any Clueo Clinical Industry Foundation Program.
  12. Personal Information Updates: You agree to notify info@clueoclinical.com of any changes to your personal information and to request corrections to ensure accuracy and currency.
  13. Data Collection and Usage: The information collected in this application is necessary for administrative and planning purposes. Failure to provide accurate information may result in processing delays or exclusion from the members directory.
  14. Terms and Conditions Variation: These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon publication.

Short Courses

  1. Enrolment Eligibility: Enrolment into our Short Courses is open to the general public, subject to completion of the Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd online enrolment process, availability, and approval by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd.
  2. Accuracy of Information: By registering, you confirm the accuracy of the information provided during enrolment and payment. Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reject any enrolment containing false, incorrect, or misleading information, with a $275 + GST administration fee applicable.
  3. Documentation Submission: If further information is required, you agree to provide all necessary documentation to info@clueoclinical.com within 48 hours of enrolment submission or invoice receipt, whichever occurs earlier. Failure to comply may result in enrolment delays or cancellation/suspension of your enrolment request.
  4. Payment Compliance: Outstanding payments must be finalized by the due date indicated on the tax invoice from Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd. Failure to comply may result in enrolment delays or cancellation of your enrolment request.
  5. Personal Information Usage: By enrolling, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd and its partner organizations for organizational administration, fee payment, and inclusion in Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd members’ directory.
  6. Scope of Short Courses: Short Courses offered by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd do not include Clueo Clinical Career Accelerator Coaching, Industry Internship or job guarantee, or access to additional masterclasses beyond the scope of the selected Short Course/s.
  7. Attendance Obligation: All trainees are expected to attend masterclasses assigned to their selected short course/s as scheduled unless a valid and reasonable excuse is provided. Failure to attend without prior notice or valid reason may result in unsuccessful completion of the short course.
  8. Completion Certificate Requirements: To obtain the Completion Certificate in Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd Short Courses, a score of ≥ 80% is required on all assessments. Unlimited attempts are provided for course mini quizzes, with two chances given to pass the final assessment/exam. Failing these attempts will incur a $165 inc. GST processing fee, and the entire course will need to be repeated.
  9. Intellectual Property Protection: Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd reserves the right to withhold proprietary information or materials under its intellectual property or copyright from disclosure.
  10. Data Collection and Usage: The information provided during enrolment is necessary for administrative and planning purposes. Failure to provide accurate information may result in processing delays or exclusion from the members directory.
  11. Course Completion Period: All enrolled courses must be completed within 6 months from the onboarding date, unless you are an active member of Clueo Clinical Society TM. Active members have access to their enrolled courses for the duration of their membership. No further extensions will be granted outside of Clueo Clinical Society membership.
  12. Account Termination: Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate user accounts or access upon completion of any purchased Clueo Clinical Short Course.
  13. Personal Information Updates: You agree to notify info@clueoclinical.com of any changes to your personal information and request corrections to ensure accuracy and currency.
  14. Terms and Conditions Variation: These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon publication.
2. Internships

Industry Internship and Job Placement

  1. Eligibility and Enrolment: Industry Internships and/or Job Placements are exclusively available to candidates who have successfully completed the entire Industry-Bridging Program offered by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd.
  2. Placement Process: Internships and/or Job Placements are facilitated by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd partner industry organisations through a competitive application process. Decisions regarding placements are made by industry organisation representatives based on candidate merit, interview performance and other factors deemed applicable.
  3. Completion of Program Requirements: Prior to consideration for Internship or Job Placement, candidates must have fully completed and passed all exams and requirements of the selected Industry-Bridging Program.
  4. Second Round Consideration: Candidates who miss out on the initial round of internship or job offers will automatically be considered for subsequent rounds, provided they are still within the program duration or are active paid members of the Clueo Clinical Society.
  5. Financial Penalties: Candidates who fail to fulfill their responsibilities, engage in misconduct, or exhibit unprofessional behaviour that results in non-completion of the internship or job placement may be subject to disciplinary action and financial penalties. These penalties will be determined by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd and may include forfeiting program fees or additional fines as deemed appropriate.
  6. Misconduct and Unprofessional Behaviour: Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate the internship or job placement of any candidate who engages in misconduct or displays unprofessional behaviour. This includes but is not limited to violations of regulatory and industry guidelines, workplace policies, unethical conduct, harassment, discrimination, or any behaviour deemed detrimental to the reputation of Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd or its partner organisations.
  7. Non-Fulfillment of Responsibilities: Candidates who fail to fulfill their responsibilities during the internship or job placement, including but not limited to attendance, performance, and adherence to workplace protocols, may be subject to financial penalties and immediate termination of the placement.
  8. Notification and Appeals: Candidates will be notified of any financial penalties or termination of placement and have the right to appeal such decisions through the designated appeals process outlined by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd.
  9. Personal Information Usage: By submitting an Industry Internship or Job Placement application through our industry partners, candidates consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information for organisation administration purposes. This includes sharing information with partner organisations involved in the placement process.
  10. Data Updates: Candidates agree to promptly (within 48 hours) notify Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd via info@clueoclinical.com of any changes to their personal information and request corrections to ensure accuracy and currency.
  11. Terms and Conditions Variation: These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon publication.

Clueo Clinical In-house Internship

  1. Eligibility and Enrollment: In-house Internships at Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd are offered to individuals aged 20 years and older, based on availability and consideration of the Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd Executives.
  2. Application Process: Candidates must apply for in-house internships through the designated application process outlined by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the internship program.
  3. Selection Criteria: Candidates will be selected for in-house internships based on their qualification, performance, skills, qualifications, and suitability for the available internship positions.
  4. Internship Duration: The duration of the in-house internship will be specified by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd and may vary depending on the internship position and program requirements.
  5. Internship Responsibilities: Interns are expected to fulfill their responsibilities as outlined by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd and the respective department or team they are assigned to. This includes but is not limited to completing assigned tasks, attending meetings, and adhering to workplace policies and procedures.
  6. Contact Hours: Contact hours for the in-house internship program at Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd are limited to maximum two days per week. Interns are required to adhere to the schedule provided by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd.
  7. Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria to work in Australia to apply for the in-house internship program offered by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd. Proof of eligibility may be required during the application process.
  8. Compliance with Schedule: Interns are expected to attend all scheduled contact hours as outlined by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd. Failure to attend without valid reasons may result in disciplinary action or termination from the internship program.
  9. Responsibility for Attendance: It is the responsibility of interns to ensure their availability for the designated contact hours. Any conflicts with the schedule should be communicated to the internship coordinator in advance.
  10. Verification of Eligibility: Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of applicants to work in Australia. Falsification of eligibility information may lead to disqualification from the internship program.
  11. Modification of Contact Hours: Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd retains the right to modify the contact hours schedule as necessary. Interns will be notified in advance of any changes to the schedule.
  12. Notification of Changes: Interns will be informed promptly of any changes to the contact hours schedule or eligibility requirements.
  13. Agreement to Terms: By applying for and participating in the in-house internship program at Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd, interns agree to abide by the contact hours schedule and eligibility requirements outlined in these terms and conditions.
  14. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: Interns agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive data they may have access to during the course of their internship. Non-disclosure agreements may be required depending on the nature of the work.
  15. Code of Conduct: Interns are expected to adhere to the code of conduct set forth by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd. This includes behaving professionally, respecting colleagues and supervisors, and refraining from any behaviour that may harm the reputation of the organisation. By applying for the internship, you agree to abide by the principles contained in the privacy policy of Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd. You must refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, derogatory, illegal, or unethical conduct. Any engagement in such conduct may result in reimbursement of damages, losses, or costs incurred by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd or associated entities.
  16. Data Updates: Interns agree to promptly notify Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd via info@clueoclinical.com of any changes to their personal information and request corrections to ensure accuracy and currency.  Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays in processing your application or inclusion in the members directory.
  17. Indemnity: Interns agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd, its governing bodies, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the internship program.
  18. Liability Release: Understanding that some internship programs are conducted by volunteers who cannot be effectively screened or supervised, you release and discharge Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd, governing bodies, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability for the intentional or negligent acts or omissions of any member or officer.
  19. Termination of Internship: Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate an internship at any time if the intern fails to meet the required standards of performance or conduct. This decision will be made at the discretion of the organisation’s management.
  20. Compensation and Benefits: In-house interns are unpaid. However, interns may be eligible for benefits, or other forms of remuneration as determined by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd. Details regarding compensation and benefits will be provided to selected interns upon acceptance into the program.
  21. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created by interns during the course of their internship will be owned by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  22. Personal Information Usage: By applying for the in-house internship, candidates consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information for internship administration purposes.
  23. Terms and Conditions Variation: These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon publication.
3. Scholarships
  1. Eligibility Criteria: The scholarship is available to individuals who are either:
    • Part-time or full-time tertiary students at an institution, OR
    • Working professionals aged 20 and above with little or no prior clinical research experience.
  2. Scholarship Value: The scholarship is awarded up to the value of AU$1,000. This amount can only be used towards the cost of any educational programs offered by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd.
  3. Redemption Conditions:
    • The full value of the scholarship must be utilized for educational programs offered by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd, where the total value equals or exceeds AUD $1,000. Any remaining scholarship value will be forfeited.
    • The scholarship must be redeemed within six (6) months from the date of receipt of the scholarship award. Failure to redeem within this period will result in forfeiture of the scholarship.
  4. Redemption Process:
    • A copy of the Scholarship Offer Letter (or notification email) must accompany the enrollment for any Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd educational products when redeeming the scholarship value.
  5. Knowledge Sharing Requirement: The successful applicant is required to share their knowledge with Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd by:
    • Delivering a presentation on the educational activity undertaken.
    • Submitting an article for potential publication in Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd’s newsletter.
    • Applicants may explore additional ways to share their knowledge.
  6. Conduct Agreement:
    • By accepting the scholarship, the recipient agrees to abide by the principles contained in Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd’s privacy policy.
    • The recipient must refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, derogatory, illegal, or unethical conduct. Violation of this agreement may result in financial penalties or disciplinary action.
  7. Data Processing Consent:
    • By submitting the scholarship application, the applicant agrees to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd for administrative purposes and inclusion in a members’ directory.
  8. Notification of Changes:
    • The applicant must inform info@clueoclinical.com of any changes to their personal information to ensure accuracy and currentness.
  9. Non-compliance Penalties:
    • Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in financial penalties and disciplinary action, as determined by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd.
  10. Agreement Acceptance:
    • Submission of the scholarship application implies agreement to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
4. Code of Conduct
  1. Personal Responsibility: You agree to take personal responsibility for your conduct at all times.
  2. Adherence to Privacy Policy and Terms: You agree to abide by the principles outlined in Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd’s privacy policy and these terms and conditions.
  3. Zero Tolerance Policy: Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd maintains a zero tolerance policy against discrimination, bullying, and harassment in any form.
  4. Prohibited Conduct: You are prohibited from engaging in any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, derogatory behavior, illegal activities, deliberate misconduct, or unethical conduct.
  5. Consequences of Misconduct: You understand that engaging in prohibited conduct may result in appropriate disciplinary or legal actions if reported to Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd.
  6. Reimbursement for Damages: In the event that your conduct results in damages, losses, or costs to Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd, affiliated organizations, or individuals associated with Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd, you agree to reimburse them accordingly.
  7. Intellectual Property: You agree not to reproduce, whether willingly or negligently, any information subject to the intellectual property of Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd, including course contents, transcripts, slides, or toolkit, for commercial use or personal gain.
  8. Penalties for Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with the terms outlined in this code of conduct may result in penalties, including legal action taken against you.
  9. Respectful Communication: Trainees are required to communicate with the training organization in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Any form of disrespectful or offensive communication will not be tolerated.
  10. Compliance with Enrolment Terms and Conditions: Trainees must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the enrolment agreement. This includes the compulsory attendance of Masterclasses as specified.
  11. Honesty and Integrity: Trainees are expected to act with honesty and integrity in all interactions with the training organization and fellow trainees. Any form of academic dishonesty or unethical behavior will be subject to investigation and appropriate action.
  12. Cooperation and Collaboration: Trainees are encouraged to cooperate and collaborate with each other and with the training organization to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
  13. Professionalism: Trainees are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times, both during Masterclasses and in any related interactions with the training organization or industry professionals.
5. Discharge
  1. Volunteer-led Programs Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that certain programs offered by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd are conducted by volunteers. These volunteers may not be subject to effective screening or supervision by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd or its members.
  2. Release of Liability: By participating in Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd programs, you release and discharge Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd, its governing bodies, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from the intentional or negligent acts or omissions of any member or officer of Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd.
  3. Variation of Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for any updates or modifications.
6. Confidentiality
  1. Definition of Information: For the purposes of this Clause, “Information” includes, but is not limited to, all data, discussions, case studies, specifications, documentation, designs, writings, technical data, and marketing information, conveyed in any physical, electronic, verbal, or other medium.
  2. Proprietary Nature of Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd Programs: You acknowledge that Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd Programs, Courses, and Career Coaching are proprietary and copyrighted information.
  3. Treatment of Confidential Information: Any information received or developed by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd, not publicly available, is to be treated by you as Confidential Information, irrespective of whether it is marked as such.
  4. Undertaking to Maintain Confidentiality: You agree and undertake to keep any Confidential Information provided by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd confidential and refrain from dealing with it in any manner that might compromise its confidentiality.
  5. Restrictions on Use and Disclosure: You shall refrain from actions including, but not limited to, reproducing, distributing, displaying, or sharing the Confidential Information with any third party without prior written approval from an officer of Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd.
  6. Limitations on Use of Confidential Information: You shall not utilize any of Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd’s Confidential Information for any purpose other than what is expressly contemplated by the purpose for which the information was provided.
  7. Exclusions from Confidential Information: The Confidential Information does not include information that: (i) is publicly available otherwise than due to your breach; (ii) was already in your possession without restriction prior to disclosure; (iii) is approved in writing for release by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd; (iv) was independently developed by you without breach of this Agreement.
  8. Application of Confidentiality Clause to Individuals within Companies: In the case of purchase of Programs or Courses by a company or legal entity on behalf of its employees, you acknowledge that this Confidentiality Clause applies to each individual granted access to a Program or Course by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd.
  9. Variation of Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for any updates or modifications.
7. Payments
  1. Suspension of Account for Missed Payments: If you choose one of our payment plans and miss a payment, your account will be suspended until all outstanding payments, including any missed payments, have been received by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd.
  2. Payment Methods and Due Dates: For payments through Electronic Funds Transfer (ETFs), credit cards, Paypal, or other forms of automatic payments must be established to ensure that funds are received by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd by the due date specified on the Clueo Clinical Tax Invoice.
  3. Extension for Extenuating Circumstances: If you encounter difficulties making a payment due to extenuating circumstances and can provide written evidence, you must notify payments@clueoclinical.com within 10 business days of the missed payment. In such cases, your account and payment plan may be suspended for up to 6 calendar months from the missed payment date, after which the account will be cancelled unless you notify payments@clueoclinical.com of your intention to resume and repay any missed payments.
  4. No Refunds or Suspension of Payment upon Termination: Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd will not provide refunds for fees paid or suspend ongoing payment plans if you choose to terminate your relationship with Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd after accessing and commencing a course/program or service.
  5. Revocation of Access for Breach of Conduct: In the event of a breach of our stated Code of Conduct, Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd reserves the right to revoke your access to all courses/programs and services without providing refunds.
  6. Program Fees: Payment of program fees is required to secure your enrollment. Fees must be paid in full before the start date of the program unless a payment plan has been arranged and approved by Clueo Clinical Pty Ltd.
